Women & Fitness Boxing Training - 6 Girls Only Tips To Tone Up, Lose Weight And Get Fighting Fit

Women love Boxing for Fitness. More and more women are “over” Pilates courses along with the trendy treadmill scene. Rather, they are strapping on gloves and punching their way to a different body.

Of the greater than 50 000 people I have taught Fitness Boxing to over the previous 16 years, more than half have been women. Here are just 6 of my best “girls only” boxing fitness tips.

Whether you’re a lady, or even a Personal Trainer who trains girls or maybe you workout with a girl, this advice will provide excellent results.

One of my best students, Lizzie, punches better than most men. She says she’s always been told, as most women have, to be “a good little woman.”

Practical Tip: Give yourself consent to find healthy, punch hard and do it!

Two - Women want to learn correct punching technique. Women are great to teach cause they arrive as beginners with “an empty cup.” Men frequently “know it all,” already in regards to throwing a punch. They can be more difficult to teach and they frequently try too hard. Women appear to understand that it’s not all about brute force.

Practical Tip: Begin Fitness Boxing having an open mind. Do your best not to force it. Just unwind and learn the basics of good technique. Practice slowly in front of the mirror - and you will get fitter, faster.

3 - Women wish to operate their mid sections and reduced bodies. A fantastic punch means with the ideal muscles. And программа тренировок для девушек are the thighs, Abs and heart. Practical Tip: Find your power centre - like in Pilates or yoga. Join your lower body into the ground as you punch. To put it differently plant, then punch. This may force those lower body tissues to action and create power.

4 - Women don’t wish to perform Boutique Boxing. Girls don’t want to perform Boutique Boxing or Box Aerobics. They wish to do the actual thing. Not an actual struggle but they need their workout to be as accurate as possible - real sweat and actual results.

Practical Tip: Learn Authentic Fitness Boxing. In other words don’t mix your boxing using too many “box-aerobics” moves such as celebrity jumps and endless push ups.

5 - Women should wrap their hands, like boxers do. Like men, girls will need to wrap their hands correctly. This can look like a small thing, but really it’s a major thing. Hands are fragile, women’s more than men. Unless you are a street-fighter in your spare time, your hands are probably not utilized to punching. We spend a ton of money on training shoes, but also will need to look after our palms.

Your punches will probably be harder and you’ll have more confidence providing you a superior physical fitness workout.

6 - Women need to get paired with the perfect partner. A big man can bring in two or three hundred pounds of immediate force in one punch. The spouse who ‘catches’ that punch using punch mitts (a.k.a focus mitts) is going to have rattled. I see this in fitness courses frequently. Big, wild punching guys attacking the punch mitts using complete power, held by a smaller female (or male) partner. That is quite dangerous.
